Do not continue responding to pressure, threats or requests to meet in person.

Keep useful evidence

Save usernames, messages, dates and links without forwarding harmful content.

Tell a trusted adult

Speak to a parent, caregiver, teacher or another adult who can help you act safely.

Block and report

Use the platform's blocking and reporting tools when it is safe to do so.

Get official help when needed

If there is a threat, blackmail or immediate danger, use the appropriate official support channel.

Asking for help is a safety step, not a sign that you have failed.
